A focused web app is often around 15 business days; larger systems get a realistic timeline at scoping. We never promise a fake deadline.
Who owns it? +
By default we retain the code and you run it via your retainer (which keeps your costs down and lets us maintain it properly) - you always keep your domain, accounts, and data. Ownership terms are negotiable and spelled out up front.
Web app, mobile app, or both? +
Whatever fits the audience and the job. Many products only need a great web app; some genuinely need iOS / Android too. We'll be honest about which one solves your problem (and which one is overkill).
Do you handle hosting, databases, and infra? +
Yes - we set up and operate everything: hosting, databases, storage, monitoring, backups, and security. You don't need a DevOps person.
Can we add features later? +
That's the whole point of the retainer. As your business evolves, the software does too. New features get scoped, prioritized, and shipped without re-starting the engagement.
